Sunny and beautiful

The storm has passed, the sky is blue and the city skyline is sitting in front of snow covered mountains. All the teams are out working around the city. We have paint crews, yardwork teams and groups feeding the homeless this morning scattered around the city. We plan on blessing over a dozen families as we do work at various homes throughout the LA area over the next few days.

Thank you for your prayers. Everyone is safe and healthy at this point and the weather is great. Everyone is having a great time serving the Lord together. It was a great experience yesterday as the teams got acclimated to the city and finished off the day with a great karaoke night on skid row.

Please continue to pray for health and safety. We will have a fairly easy night tonight. One of the local urban church plants is cooking our whole group dinner and then we head back to the World Impact Center to try and get some much needed rest. Tomorrow it's off to work again with a carnival in the afternoon in one of the church plant communities.

God Bless you and keep praying!

Adam (On behalf of the 2010-2011 LA team)
